OUR TEAM

QT Strata bring endless dedication and passion for strata management to each and every client QT Strata serve. With a shared vision and over five years working alongside each other, Maddison and Jayden have developed a unique bond that drives their mission.

QT Strata’s commitment extends beyond day-to-day operations. It's about building relationships, sharing knowledge, and creating a strata experience that's as much about community as it is about property.

You'll often find the team at roadshows, conferences, and social or local charity events, where we soak up the latest knowledge and network with like-minded individuals. We relish meeting new people, building lasting relationships with our owners, contractors, and creditors alike.

Maddison Thies

Director / Strata Manager

I entered the strata management world in 2015, armed with a Class 2 Strata Managing Agents license and an insatiable curiosity. What drew me in? The diversity of each day and a love of property. There's always a new lesson to learn, a new story to hear, and exciting people to meet along the way.

Some might call me a chatterbox, and they're not wrong - I'm always up for a good conversation. The secret to my boundless energy might have something to do with my coffee addiction. It's my daily fuel, and a key part of some of my favourite moments, like indulging in cake with my daughter.

When I'm not neck deep in the world of strata, you'll most likely find me exploring new dining experiences. My local favourite? Level One Wine Bar in Albury.

I also have an impressive plant collection, despite being a self-confessed terrible gardener.

Jayden quinlivan

Licensee in charge / director

With a Class 1 Strata Managing Agents license and over 7 years of industry experience, I'm all about the world of property and finance, especially when it comes to supporting regional people.

I also hold a title as a passionate Collingwood supporter, and have been playing local football since the age of 8. I'm rooted in the small-town community, having grown up in Walla Walla, and I truly cherish the close-knit connections of such a community.

When I'm not hard at work, I'm spending quality time with my children, who are my world. Weekends also tend to include smoking meats and cultivating a vibrant, lush lawn. Our office's front lawn is currently a work in progress, but I'm determined to get it just right.

Some would say I have a playful side – I like to keep things lighthearted and am known for the occasional wisecrack or witty remark.
